- We offer delivery across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 2 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad may experience faster delivery times.
- While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier delays, or public holidays). We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

3. Shipping Charges & Policy

5. Taxation Information
In compliance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) regulations for e-commerce in Pakistan:
- A 2% withholding tax will be charged on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- A 1% withholding tax will be charged on orders paid via digital payment methods (cards, mobile wallets).
- Registered Sellers: Please note that if you are a registered tax filer, you may be able to adjust this tax against your annual income tax liability. For non-filers, this tax is final.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.

7. Undelivered & Returned Orders
- If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, the courier will make additional attempts.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the order, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred.
- For Cash on Delivery orders that are refused without a valid reason, Mart Loft reserves the right to restrict future COD orders for that customer.
